An act of kindness is the easiest way to change the world, one person at a time. It can be as simple as a compliment, as thoughtful as a handwritten letter, or as extravagant as an unexpected gift. Most acts of kindness cost little or no money, and they all come from the heart. And it’s not just the recipient that benefits. Performing acts of kindness makes you feel amazing about yourself too. That’s why I’ve made “be kind” one of my rules. Kindness is a lifestyle.
