I am strong. I am smart. I speak softly, but my words are big and loud and full of passion.
I hate avocados, running, and the color pink. I love self-care, self-love, and self-expression… and teaching people the difference between the three.
I don’t want children, and that’s okay. My partner (Eli) and our three dogs (Chester, Max, and Peppa) are the best family I could ever imagine.
I am a little unconventional, and I love myself for that. But it wasn’t always that way. I used to struggle every day with… well… everything. From picking out an outfit in the morning to figuring out what I wanted to do with my life, I was constantly second guessing myself and trying to achieve success. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure what that word meant to me.
It took me a long time to figure out that the only way I could be truly happy was to live life by my own rules:
Rule #1 – Do what you love.
Rule #2 – Wear what you want.
Rule #3 – Eat what makes you feel good.
Rule # 4 – Be kind.
Rule # 5 – Forget the rest.
Now, I’m on a mission to share the “My Life. My Rules.” philosophy with others who are facing the same day-to-day doubt I did.
